Return Policy

When purchasing items www.sindbadshop.fr you have a legal right of withdrawal.

Return or exchange: Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged, unless we previously agreed, especially in case of a manifest mistake from our side, or in case of defective product.
Before returning any product, buyer must obtain a written return authorization from SINDBAD SHOP LLC. No returns of any type will be accepted without such prior authorization. Products defective due to mishandling are not accepted for credit or exchange. Please note that we have a 7-day return policy.
After this delay, we will not responsible anymore for the reclamations.

1. Information on the right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving a reason within 7 days. The withdrawal period expires seven days after the day on which you physically takes possession of the good or the last good in case of partial delivery.

To do this, you can use the withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To respect the withdrawal period

1. you must send us your declaration of withdrawal before the expiry of the said period.
2. Products must not have been used, opened or damaged;
3. Products must be returned intact and unused in their original packaging. If necessary, the packaging must retain the original seal.
4. It must not be a sale item.

In accordance with the article of the Consumer Protection Act 31-08, the legal right of withdrawal is excluded in the case of sealed items that have been opened after delivery and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons. The right of withdrawal is also excluded in the case of sale item.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you without delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we became aware of your withdrawal statement. We will process the refund using the same payment method you used, unless we expressly agree to a different payment method. The refund is free of charge to you. We reserve the right to delay the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of shipment of the goods, the date being the first of these events.

You must return or return the goods to us without delay and, in any event, within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you have communicated your declaration of withdrawal.

This period is respected if you ship the goods before the expiry of the period. The return costs are at your expense.

You must take responsibility for the loss of the value of the returned goods if this loss of value is due to manipulations other than those necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics and correct functioning of the goods.
